The Community Edition of the Cloudogu EcoSystem is and will always be available free of charge and as Open-Source-software. The Premium and Enterprise editions are designed to provide our full support and additional services especially to companies. Their goal is to allow you to focus on what really matters – the development of the best possible software.

Glossary

  • What are premium and private Dogus?
    Premium Dogus are tools that are either not open source software or whose functionality goes beyond the basic toolchain.

    With private Dogus you can use the backend to provide your own tools as Dogus for your instances. Other users of the Cloudogu EcoSystem cannot see or use these Dogus. A Premium Edition of the Cloudogu EcoSystem is required to use private Dogus.
  • What is Technical Account Management (TAM)?
    Our Technical Account Management service can be used to implement individual requirements. That could for example be the development of a special Dogu, the integration of other systems or the adaption of the CES to your specific requirements.
  • What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
    A Service Level Agreement is a contract that specifies the delivered services. Our support SLA for examples specifies reaction times, availability and resolution times. Based on the SLA, the Enterprise edition guarantees the processing of your support cases.
  • What is the availability of the support?
    Our standard support is during our office hours (Mo–Fr, 7 AM to 5 PM) on all workdays except for the holidays in Lower Saxony, Germany. Please contact us if you need a higher availability.

Community Edition

Perfect for the needs of small teams – powered by the open source community.

  • Usage of community dogus as „Free- and Open-Source software“ under the MIT-License.
  • Automatic provisioning of the Cloudogu EcoSystem with all community dogus for one instance.
  • Free updates for all community dogus.
  • Usage of one instance with the maximum of 50 users. If additional instances, more users or extended support are required, the Premium and Enterprise editions can be used.
  • The free instance can be used for whichever purpose deemed necessary.
  • The usage only requires a registration at myCloudogu. The registration is completely free of charge.

Extended services for companies — Premium dogus and professional support

  • Usage of community dogus, premium dogus and privat dogus is possible.
  • Automatic provisioning of the Cloudogu EcoSystem with all dogus.
  • Free updates for all dogus.
  • Guided installation included: We are offering you help with the installation of the Cloudogu EcoSystem on your infrastructure.
  • Possibility to increase the max. number of users and instances. There is a volume discount.
  • When using multiple instances, the users can be freely distributed to the instances. When for example using two instances you can have up to 100 users, wherby it does not matter whether there are 50 users on each instance or 90 on one and 10 on the other.
  • Support directly via e-mail within our office hours (CET, Mo–Fr, 7 AM to 5 PM). A SLA, that also includes support via telephone, is available for the Enterprise Edition.
  • Some of the premium dogus require additional licenses. If you do not have it yet, you can conveniently procure it through us.
  • Annual billing, a minimum contract duration of 12 months and automatic renewal. The notice period is 3 months at the end of the contract.
